Associate Manager

We are hiring for the role of Associate Manager (AM) to lead and manage operations, drive growth, and ensure seamless execution of our objectives in Durgapur. The AM will play a critical role in managing supply and demand operations, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing team performance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive supply acquisition and retention across Bike, Auto, and Cab services.
2. Plan and execute BTL activities to boost demand and visibility.
3. Identify and resolve operational challenges and implement growth initiatives.
4. Build and manage local partnerships to strengthen demand and supply.
5. Lead and motivate the on-ground team, ensuring seamless execution of objectives.
6. Achieve financial targets through strategic planning of incentives and subscriptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations, or Marketing, preferably in the mobility or service sector.
• Proven track record in managing teams, operations, and BTL activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with local geography, market dynamics, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
