We are a forward-thinking architecture and interior design firm committed to delivering elegant, functional, and detail-driven spaces. We’re currently seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman who is passionate about precision and has a strong grasp of construction and interior detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed working drawings for architectural and interior design projects using AutoCAD.
• Produce accurate technical documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with accuracy and cost awareness.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is carried through to execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of detailed working drawings.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.
• Experience in preparing BOQs for both architecture and interior projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Preferred / Add-on Skills:

• Knowledge of Photoshop for presentation boards and concept visuals.
• Basic skills in videography and photography for project documentation.
• Ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations to support design pitches or client meetings
