Job Summary

Heritage Banquet is looking for an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all banquet operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge of hotel/banquet services, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of events while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years and Maximum 5 years of experience

Prior experience in Hotel and Banquet Industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete banquet operations including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure flawless execution
• Manage banquet staff, allocate duties, and supervise service standards
• Ensure proper event setup, décor coordination, and timely arrangements
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth event flow
• Monitor inventory, stock usage, and vendor coordination
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and team efficiency
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Good communication skills (Basic English speaking is required)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle pressure during large-scale events
• Smart personality with professional grooming
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of billing, event costing, and coordination
