Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has experience working with educational institutions.
  • The role involves building relationships with universities, colleges, hostels, and student groups to promote and expand Bolt91 services among students.
  • Candidates without experience in the education sector will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with universities, colleges, hostels, and student communities.
  • Meet faculty members, wardens, and administrative staff to introduce Bolt91 services.
  • Promote Bolt91 electric cycle services among students.
  • Identify opportunities to deploy cycles in campuses and hostels.
  • Organize demos and student outreach activities inside campuses.
  • Help develop partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Maintain records of outreach activities and partnerships.


Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following conditions:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience working with educational institutions or universities.
  • Prior exposure to the higher education ecosystem of Varanasi is mandatory.
  • Experience selling products or services to colleges, universities, or student communities.
  • Candidates with experience in the BHU ecosystem will be given preference.


Skills Required

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good communication and networking ability
  • Comfortable interacting with faculty, administrators, and students
  • Ability to conduct campus outreach and student engagement activities


Compensation

  • Fixed salary
  • Performance-based incentives


Reporting

The role will report to the General Manager and Head of Operations.
