Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) (Hospital MR)

Location: Varanasi, Bhadhoi chandauli and adjacent districts

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive on-field sales activities targeting both B2B and B2C segments in Varanasi and nearby areas.

- Identify and engage with potential clients, including clinics, medical setups, and practicing doctors to promote our healthcare services.

- Plan and execute health camps in collaboration with ULBs and municipalities to increase awareness

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize a personal two-wheeler for efficient travel within the assigned regions.

- Submit accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

- Adhere to a five-day working week, with flexibility for changes based on business requirements.

Preferences:

- Proven experience in on-field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Varanasi and surrounding areas' healthcare landscape.

- Possession of a personal two-wheeler for daily commuting.

- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work beyond regular hours when necessary.
