Profile: Business Development Executive

Location: Varanasi

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0-6 months

Salary: 15k + CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
• Build and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contract terms, rate structures, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Track and report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market intelligence.
• Participate in business development strategy discussions and contribute to growth initiatives.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in US IT Staffing business development (1–5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and recruitment life cycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), and MS Office.
