Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales & Marketing)
Location: Varanasi

- Role Overview
Rameshwaram Infrastructure is looking for dynamic, result-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to generate leads, manage client relationships, drive sales conversions, and contribute to the growth of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about sales & marketing.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new leads through fieldwork, digital inquiries, channel partners, property portals, and referrals.
- Follow up with inbound leads from 99 Acres, Housing.com, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM.
2. Client Handling: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
3. Sales Activities: Conduct professional site visits and project presentations.
- Explain floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Handle customer objections and negotiations, and close sales.
4. Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotional events, and lead quality improvements.
- Participate in offline marketing activities like canopy setups, events, and local tie-ups.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated lead status on CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Assist in booking formalities and documentation.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and closing ability
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
- Good understanding of real estate products, trends, and customer psychology
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools
- High confidence, positive attitude, and target orientation
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
- Preferred: Experience in Real Estate Sales (0–3 years)
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
- Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25000/Month with a min. of 1 Sales target
- Incentives: 25000 per sale
- 1-Week Training for Un-Exposed Individuals in Real-Estate & growth opportunities

- Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Project site/office (Shivpur & Sarnath, Varanasi)
