Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve conversion rates

Track sales activities and maintain records using CRM tools

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good presentation and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B/B2C sales

Knowledge of digital marketing or industry-specific tools

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
