Job Description
Business Development Head – Kartik Steels Location: Varanasi / Purvanchal
Role Type: Full-Time | Senior
- Job Responsibilities expand dealer network and open new markets.
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects & project buyers.
- Handle pricing, negotiations, and large project orders.
- Track competitor activity and market demand.
- Lead the sales team and monitor daily performance.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and operations for smooth order execution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports.
- Requirements 4–10 yrs experience in Business Development or Sales (Steel/Cement/Building Materials preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and travel.
