Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
• Provide information about company offerings and answer any questions posed by the potential customer.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.
• Maintain a daily call log and provide regular reports on customer feedback and interaction outcomes.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets set by the company.
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English languages.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar outbound calling role is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
