Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Contacting prospects for sales, promotions, or surveys.
  • Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, support, and complaints.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • Information Delivery: Providing details about products, services, and offers.
  • Data Management: Recording call details, updating CRM, and maintaining contact lists.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly sales or call volume goals.

  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional speaking.
  • Active Listening: Understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Influencing customers to make purchases.
