• 🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students/job seekers about various BFSI roles like Personal Banker, Loan Officer, Insurance Advisor, etc
• Explain course content, career benefits, placement support, and industry demand
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions or job enrolments
• Conduct walk-in and telephonic counselling sessions
• Maintain counselling records and follow-up reports
• Support in organizing job fairs, seminars, and other placement activities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain career options clearly
• Positive and confident attitude
• Interest in education/counselling/sales
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
• Incentives: Up to ₹3,000/month
