Position Overview:

We are seeking a Male candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in bakery and confectionery. The candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and confectionery items while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery and confectionery items such as cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and desserts.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
• Manage daily bakery production and maintain proper preparation schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with management for timely procurement.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Innovate and suggest new bakery and dessert items for menus and events.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist them in bakery operations when required.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Follow company standards, recipes, and kitchen procedures.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Bakery & Confectionery
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
