Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant to join us as a full-time, in-house professional.

The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of hands-on experience and strong expertise in compliance, taxation, and corporate structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial files, ledgers, and records across our firms
• Handle advanced taxation, tax planning, assessments, and representations
• Review, edit, and ensure accuracy of all financial documents and filings
• Maintain proper documentation and statutory records
• Manage all compliance related to Private Limited Companies Act, including ROC filings, secretarial compliance, and corporate governance
• Provide financial insights, MIS reports, and recommendations to support decision-making
