Job Responsibilities
Computer & Office Work
- Data entry and customer record maintenance
- Prepare insurance, loan & investment documents
- Maintain policy, renewal, premium & payment records
- Print, scan & upload documents
- Prepare daily reports and work summaries
- Maintain data confidentiality
Telecalling & Customer Support
- Call customers and explain company services
- Inform about policies, renewals, loans & offers
- Follow up on leads and interested clients
- Answer customer queries politely
- Maintain call records & feedback
- Schedule appointments and office visits
Office Support
- Assist in daily office operations
- Help in form filling & documentation
- Support senior staff
- Manage WhatsApp, emails & basic social media messages
- Good Hindi communication (basic English preferred)
- Polite and confident calling skills
- 10+2 minimum qualification (Graduate preferred)
