About the Role We are looking for a smart, creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Hacker to lead online growth, run smart experiments, and scale user/client acquisition for Boot & Boost and our clients.

• Key Responsibilities Plan & run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content).
• Execute growth experiments, A/B tests, funnels & automation.
• Manage paid ads across Google, Meta & LinkedIn.
• Analyze data, optimize CAC, improve conversions & retention.
• Build landing pages and growth funnels.
• Support client projects with strategies & execution.
• Requirements1–3 years experience in digital marketing/growth roles.
• Strong skills in analytics, ads manager, SEO tools & automation platforms.
• Creative mindset + strong understanding of growth funnels.
• Ability to work fast, experiment, iterate and deliver results.
