Disbursement Coordinator-Small Business Enterprise-Sales

As a Disbursement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Small Business Enterprise-Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the disbursement process, which involves coordinating and executing payments to our small business clients. This includes reviewing and processing payment requests, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as a key point of contact for our clients, providing them with timely updates and resolving any payment-related queries.

  • Oversee the disbursement process for small business clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Review and process payment requests, verifying accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment processing systems and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for small business clients, providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
  • Resolve payment-related queries and issues, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounting and operations, to ensure smooth payment processing.
  • Generate and analyze disbursement reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks associated with disbursements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our processes remain compliant.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in disbursement or payment processing, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in payment processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing payment landscapes.
