Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Education Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right courses, manage a counseling team, and drive enrollments through ethical and consultative counseling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and deep understanding of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

● Counsel students and parents on course selection based on career goals

● Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively

● Convert leads into admissions through structured counseling

● Mentor and guide junior counselors to improve performance

● Maintain accurate student data in CRM or admission systems

● Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams

● Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

● Conduct follow-ups and ensure high student satisfaction

● Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars

● Stay updated on courses, certifications, and industry trends Required

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred)

● Minimum 2+ years of experience in education counseling or admissions

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets

● Team handling and leadership experience

● Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

● Student-centric and ethical counseling approach

Preferred Skills

● Experience in EdTech, IT training, or professional courses

● Exposure to domestic or international education counseling

● Multilingual communication skills

● Strong negotiation and closing skills
