Field and Operations Manager

We are excited to announce a new hiring opportunity for the role of Field and Operations Manager, a key position designed to drive growth and operational excellence at every stage of our delivery and restaurant operations.

As a Field and Operations Manager, the candidate will become the backbone of our restaurant partners and delivery partner operations, ensuring flawless execution across the board. This role is essential in managing field operations, collaborating with restaurant partners, and leading delivery personnel to maintain Zomato’s high operational standards and flawless delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Oversee field operations, ensuring that all delivery processes run smoothly, on time, and in alignment with Zomato’s standards.

- Manage the performance and motivation of delivery partners (DPs), swiftly addressing operational challenges to ensure top-notch service.

- Use data-driven insights to monitor field performance, improve operational processes, and meet key KPIs and SLAs efficiently.

- Gather on-ground insights and proactively recommend real-time product improvements to ensure Zomato consistently delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest quality standards.

- Create field strategies to solve operational bottlenecks at pick-up or drop-off hotspots, enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including restaurants, DPs, and cross-functional departments.
