Job Title: Field Executive – Healthcare Partnerships

Job Summary:- We are hiring a Field Executive – Healthcare Partnerships who will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting all types of healthcare partners on the Curo24 platform. The role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship management, partner education, and growth execution across multiple healthcare verticals.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Onboarding & Expansion
- Identify and onboard:
- Pharmacies
- Diagnostic Laboratories
- Blood Banks
- Doctors & Clinics
- Hospitals
- Ambulance Services
- Insurance Partners
- Explain Curo24 services, workflows, pricing/commission structure, and benefits
- Collect and verify required documents (licenses, registrations, KYC, bank details)
- Assist partners with app/web onboarding and activation
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with all onboarded partners
- Act as a single point of contact for partners in the assigned area
- Ensure partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention
3. Training & Support
- Provide basic training on:
- Order management
- App/dashboard usage
- Service fulfillment processes
- Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution
- Ensure partners follow platform SOPs
4. Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding & activation targets
- Promote new Curo24 services and offers to existing partners
- Identify cross-selling opportunities among partners
- Share competitor activity and local market insights
5. Field Operations & Reporting
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
- Submit daily activity and performance reports
- Maintain accurate partner data and documentation records
Eligibility & Qualifications-
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in field sales, healthcare sales, medical representative, or business development is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Knowledge of local healthcare ecosystem is an advantage
Skills & Competencies-
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
- Basic digital literacy (smartphone, apps, WhatsApp, email)
Other Requirements-
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Android smartphone mandatory
