Job Description
- Guest Welcome & Farewell: Greeting guests at check-in, offering fond farewells at check-out, and preparing welcome amenities.
- VIP Guest Management: Handling special arrivals, pre-registration, and ensuring VIP needs are met.
- Complaint Resolution: Promptly and professionally addressing guest concerns, queries, and issues.
- Information Hub: Providing detailed information about hotel services, amenities, city attractions, and local events.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining guest records, noting preferences, and fostering loyalty for return visits.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Coordinating with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Operational Duties: Assisting with reservations, room allocation, guest folios, and front office tasks.
- Additional Sales And Operations: Sarees Convince sales and travel Calls sales also (The hotel operates an in-house saree showroom and a dedicated travel desk. Candidates are expected to leverage their sales expertise and guest-handling skills to actively promote and enhance saree and travel service sales. These roles offer attractive incentive-based earnings in addition to regular compensation.)
