Job SummaryMoonair Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Gorakhpur and nearby areas. The role involves creating and managing distributors and dealers, increasing product visibility, and driving sales growth for our home appliances range.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint new distributors and dealers in assigned territories
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
• Promote Moonair home appliances and explain product features and benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and pricing details
• Ensure proper product display and availability at dealer points
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for order processing
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (home appliances/FMCG/electronics preferred)
• Experience in distributor & dealer network creation is a strong advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Local market knowledge of Gorakhpur and nearby areas
