Hotel / General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead the hospitality team. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, maintain high standards of service, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and handle guest inquiries and complaints
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract guests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel industry regulations
• Monitor performance metrics and handle operational issues swiftly
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local community

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry software and MS Office
