General Manager / Hotel Head – Hotel Kartik Palace Location: Varanasi
Hotel Type: Premium / Business Hotel
Employment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role
- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Manage staff hiring, training, duty rosters, and performance.
- Control costs, budgets, vendor contracts, and daily cash flow.
- Drive room sales, corporate bookings, events, and online travel portals (OTA).
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations.
- Handle VIP guests, complaints, and operational issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational & financial reports for management.
- Requirements: 5–10 years of experience as Hotel Manager / Operations Head / General Manager.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, OTAs, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver consistent service quality.
