Role Summary:The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces. The role ensures that guests have a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness.

• Key Responsibilities:Clean and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure all common areas (reception, stairways, kitchen, etc.) are clean and well-maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the manager promptly.
• Handle laundry duties when required.
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up rooms for new guests and checking room readiness.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude with guests and other staff members.
• Qualifications:Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Working Hours:8 to 9 hours shift (rotational as per duty schedule)
• Weekend and holiday availability is expected
