Position Overview:

WINSAGE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The Executive will be responsible for driving revenue generation through effective communication, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the Varanasi region through market research and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of WINSAGE's products/services to potential clients.

Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Prior experience in sales, preferably in fenestration industry ,Particularly in uPVC is preferred but not required.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
