Inventory Manager

We are hiring a Spare Parts Manager for our automotive e-commerce and workshop business. The candidate will be responsible for checking incoming spare parts with bills, arranging items in the correct rack/location, maintaining proper stock records, and ensuring parts are stored in an organized manner for quick access.

The role also includes monitoring low-stock items, informing management on time, placing vendor orders when required, and issuing service spare parts to mechanics as per workshop requirements. The candidate should ensure that the correct parts are provided quickly for customer orders as well as internal workshop use.

The person should have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for stock updating, rack-wise item tracking, and inventory management. In free time, the candidate should also be willing to assist with basic billing, stock sheet updates, and day-to-day store operations whenever required.

Preference will be given to candidates who are organized, responsible, and have basic knowledge of automotive or motorcycle spare parts.

Skills Preferred:

Inventory handling, spare parts knowledge, rack management, Excel/Google Sheets, vendor coordination, basic billing support, and workshop/store coordination.
