Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and slice fruits and vegetables. Assist with simple cooking tasks and plate assembly.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Sweep, mop, clean, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Stock Management: Unload, transport, and store food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
- Operational Support: Remove trash and garbage, clean up spills, and assist in packing take-out orders.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and safety guidelines, reporting hazards immediately.
