Job Overview:

SheNMe Salon is looking for an experienced and passionate Makeup Trainer – Skin & Hair Expert who can train salon staff and students in professional makeup, skin care, and hair care techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to guide learners from basics to advanced levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

• Conduct professional training sessions on makeup, skin care, and hair care.
• Train staff/students on bridal, party, HD, airbrush makeup (if applicable).
• Teach skin analysis, product selection, and treatment procedures.
• Provide training on hair care, hair treatments, scalp care, and styling basics.
• Design structured training modules (basic to advanced levels).
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Practical Demonstration

• Perform live demonstrations and hands-on practice sessions.
• Guide trainees on hygiene, safety, and professional salon standards.
• Stay updated with latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques.

Salon Support

• Assist in improving service quality at both salon branches.
• Guide staff on client consultation and aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain training discipline and professional conduct.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification or professional training in Makeup / Cosmetology / Skin & Hair Care.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist / Skin & Hair Expert / Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, products, treatments, and tools.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to handle trainees with patience and professionalism.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in salon or academy-based training.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Willingness to work across Sigra & Lahurabeer branches.
