Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a record of interested clients.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers who have previously shown interest.
- Maintain and update excel sheets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about properties.
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and updates.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and lead generation targets.
