Retail Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and invoicing using accounting/billing software
• Maintain daily sales data, stock entries, and reports in Excel
• Coordinate with sales staff and support smooth retail operations
• Operate printers, scanners, and basic office equipment
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and records
• Assist in basic accounting-related tasks as required
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Follow store processes and maintain discipline and confidentiality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Experience with billing/accounting software (Tally or similar preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Ability to handle data carefully and systematically
• Responsible, punctual, and highly reliable
• Prior experience in retail / showroom / office operations preferred
