Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and assist in product selection
- Explain product details such as fabric, weave, pricing, and care
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Manage inventory movement (inward, outward, and stock arrangement)
- Ensure proper packaging of products after billing
- Maintain cleanliness, display, and basic store maintenance
- Coordinate with billing and back-end staff
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or mismatch
- Assist during peak hours, exhibitions, or special sales
