Sales Manager – FMCG (Home Care Products)Company: Samyak Drishti Home Care Pvt. Ltd.
Working Location: Varanasi, Jaunpur, Bhadohi Uttar Pradesh
Industry: FMCG / Home Care Manufacturing
Experience: 5–10 Years (FMCG Mandatory)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesDrive primary & secondary sales targets
- Lead and manage sales executives and field teams
- Appoint and manage distributors and key dealers
- Execute market expansion and sales strategies
- Implement promotions and ensure brand visibility
- Monitor market performance and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams
- RequirementsGraduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing preferred)
- Strong FMCG sales and distributor management experience
- Proven team leadership and negotiation skills
