🔹 Job Overview

VK IT Company is looking for a Telesales / Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and sales conversion through calls and digital channels. This is a performance-oriented role and offers growth opportunities based on individual contribution.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain company services.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings or office visits when required.
  • Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Clearly explain service offerings, pricing structure, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Ensure proper communication and follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Adhere to company sales policies, processes, and ethical standards.


🔹 Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Confidence in handling phone conversations.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
  • Willingness to learn IT services and digital products.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM – preferred).
  • Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.


🔹 Training & Onboarding

  • Initial training will be provided to understand the sales process and services.
  • Training is conducted for evaluation and skill development purposes.
  • Successful completion of training is required for role confirmation.


🔹 Salary & Performance Structure

  • Compensation is performance-based.
  • Salary and incentives are calculated as per company sales policy.
  • Earnings depend on achieved sales and individual role contribution.
  • Detailed salary structure and incentive policy will be shared at the time of onboarding.

Note: There is no fixed income guarantee. Growth is strictly linked to performance.


🔹 Working Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
  • Weekly Off: Sunday (or as per company policy).
