Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote venue bookings, corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences at Rudraksh Convention Centre. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for events, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
• Promote venue facilities and services to corporate clients, event organizers, and institutions.
• Handle client inquiries, venue tours, and event proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the operations and event management team for smooth execution of events.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and bookings using CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
