Job Description
- . Technical Skills Strong concept design and architectural planning abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape
- Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and bye-laws
- Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles
- Experience with local materials, bamboo construction (optional if needed)
- Ability to create 3D models, walkthroughs, and presentation drawings
- Detailed understanding of structural coordination, MEP coordination
- Good site execution knowledge and ability to work with contractors
- 2. Soft SkillsCreative mindset and strong design sense
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Leadership and teamwork attitude

- WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Design & Planning
- Prepare concept designs, space planning, and schematic layouts
- Develop 2D & 3D architectural drawings
- Present design options to clients with clarity
- Create working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation
- Coordinate structural and MEP requirements in the design
- 2. Project Execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure designs are executed accurately on site
- Maintain site reports and quality checks
- 3. Client Communication
- Attend client meetings and understand requirements
- Provide design presentations and updates
- Suggest materials, finishes, and alternatives
- 4. Documentation & ManagementPrepare
- BOQs, specifications, and material lists
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams
- Assist in project scheduling and workflow planning
- 5. Innovation & Sustainability
- Explore new sustainable materials & technologies
- Work on eco-friendly and cost-effective design solutions
- Promote innovative architectural ideas within the team
