Job Summary:

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and implementing engineering solutions to ensure the efficient operation of systems, products, or infrastructure. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, systems, or software.

• Analyze customer or project requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and QA teams to resolve product or process issues.

• Conduct testing, calibration, and validation of systems or equipment.

• Provide technical training to internal teams or customers as needed.

• Support project planning and implementation to ensure timely completion.

• Evaluate new technologies or components to improve system efficiency and reliability.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical engineering or support role (depending on level).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with relevant tools, software, or hardware systems.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Electrical Field wireman/ instrumentation

• Familiarity with networking, cloud systems, or embedded technologies.
