• Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation
• Analyze skin and hair conditions of clients
• Suggest suitable treatments and products
• Maintain proper consultation records

• Treatment & Services
• Perform skin treatments (facial, cleanup, peel, etc.)
• Perform hair services (rebonding, smoothening, hair spa, etc.)
• Ensure hygiene and professional standards

• Product Knowledge & Sales
• Recommend suitable skincare & haircare products
• Explain product usage and benefits
• Achieve product sales targets

• Customer Handling
• Maintain good client relationships
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits

• Record Maintenance
• Maintain daily service and product records
• Track client history and follow-ups

• Hygiene & Discipline
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Follow salon/clinic SOPs and guidelines

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of skin & hair treatments
• Good communication skills
• Sales and convincing ability
• Customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (software entry)

• 9:30 AM to 7 PM (1-hour break)
