Solar Portal Manager

Working under the government scheme PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, the role focuses on handling end-to-end digital portal activities for residential solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portal Handling & Application Processing
• Manage registrations and applications on the national solar rooftop portal
• Create and update consumer profiles
• Upload required documents (Aadhaar, electricity bill, bank details, etc.)
• Track application status from submission to approval
• Coordinate with customers for accurate data and document collection
• Track subsidy approval stages and disbursement status
• Ensure compliance with MNRE guidelines
• Handle correction requests/rejections on portal
• Experience:

1–3 years in:

• Solar industry / EPC company
• Government portal handling
• Documentation / operations role
