Responsibilities:

* Engage with potential clients over phone calls to onboard them as customers.

* Clearly explain stock market services, investment strategies, and plans.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.

* Professionally address client queries and provide timely support.

* Maintain proper records of client interactions and daily performance reports.

Joining Process (3-Step):

1. Interview Round – Initial screening to assess communication and sales aptitude.

2. Training Period – Minimum 7 working days of unpaid training.

  - You may complete the training sooner based on performance.

  - Final selection depends on your performance during training.

3. Final Joining – Based on approval from management after training review.

Salary:

* Base Salary: Starting from ₹22,000/month

* Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

* Note: Salary may be adjusted based on performance and target achievement.

* Interview Time: Will be scheduled only between 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM
