Job Description:

Milan Caterers is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to manage and supervise the store operations for our catering business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, handling stock management, and ensuring smooth store operations for kitchen and catering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper inventory of food items, raw materials, and kitchen supplies.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely purchasing and replenishment.

• Keep accurate records of stock inwards and outwards.

• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for daily requirements.

• Ensure proper storage and hygiene standards for food items.

• Maintain vendor coordination and manage purchase records.

• Conduct regular stock audits and prevent wastage or shortages.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the store during catering events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager (preferably in catering, hotel, or food industry).

• Good knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and record keeping.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Male candidates preferred.

Salary:

No salary bar for the right candidate (based on experience and skills).
