📌 Position: Subject Expert & Faculty

(For UP Board | CBSE | ICSE – Classes 9 to 12 & Graduation)

📌 Responsibilities

Teach assigned subjects to students of classes 9–12 and Graduation level as per board/college curriculum.

Prepare students for Board Exams, Competitive Exams, and Unit Tests.

Create engaging lesson plans, notes, and practice materials.

Conduct regular assessments, doubt sessions, and revision classes.

Maintain student performance records and provide feedback to parents.

Use modern teaching methods including smart board, digital resources, and real-life examples.

Ensure discipline, academic excellence, and positive learning environment.

Participate in academic planning, test series, and special classes.

📌 Required Qualifications

Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject.

B.Ed preferred (not mandatory for experienced teachers).

Strong understanding of UP Board, CBSE & ICSE syllabi.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Ability to handle classroom management and motivate students.

📌 Experience

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply).

Experience in coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
