📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a Placement Coordinator with fluent English communication skills, who is confident and comfortable handling both client relations and applicant coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between job seekers and hiring companies, ensuring smooth onboarding and placement support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently and professionally with clients and applicants
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback
• Manage candidate databases and placement records
• Maintain regular contact with hiring partners and placement leads
• Guide applicants through job application and onboarding processes
• Support the overall goals of the placement cell or recruitment team

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• Confident handling communication with corporate clients and applicants
• 10th and 12th passed from CBSE board can apply
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online forms, etc.)
• Prior experience in placement coordination, HR, or client-facing roles is a plus
