• Make outbound calls to riders, merchants, or customers
• Explain Swiggy services, offers, and processes
• Coordinate with field teams when required
• Resolve basic queries and follow up on leads
• Maintain call records and daily reports

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Good communication skills in local language & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and calling apps
