Job Description
- Lead generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a given database to introduce property listings, generating leads for sales.
- Client communication: Answer incoming calls, provide detailed information on properties (including price, location, and features), and handle customer queries and objections.
- Appointment setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to visit properties or meet with sales representatives.
- Database management: Accurately maintain and update client information, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
