Job Description
Company:BK Arogyam Private Limited
Location: Manduadih, Varanasi (Near Sath Phere Lawn, Landmark – Laxmi Lawn)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain Ayurvedic products and services
- Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance
- Generate sales through telecalling
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling / BPO / Customer Support (Healthcare experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English & regional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Patient-friendly, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills
