Job Description
We require a Female Tele Sales Executive with minimum three years experience in Life General and Health Insurance sales. The candidate will make outbound calls explain policy features generate leads and convert them into sales. She must handle customer queries clearly maintain call records and achieve monthly targets. Strong communication negotiation and follow up skills are essential. The role includes promoting term plans motor insurance health policies and other retail products. Fluency in Hindi and basic computer knowledge are required. Candidates with proven telesales experience in insurance or banking will be preferred.
