Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is critical in driving the growth of our SaaS-based business management platform through effective telephonic communication and outbound calling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our SaaS platform and qualify leads.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our SaaS platform to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and potential improvements.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
