Job Responsibilities
- Design and customise domestic travel itineraries as per customer requirements
- Create attractive and cost-effective tour packages
- Handle customer inquiries, sales, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and vendors
- Confirm bookings and execute tours smoothly after confirmation
- Maintain records of bookings and customer details
- Knowledge of itinerary planning & package costing
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
