As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of the core operations team — learning the financial backbone of a fast-growing startup, working alongside leadership, and growing with us from day one.

What you will do

1. Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger management
2. Support GST invoicing, GST filing, filing data preparation, and tax record maintenance
3. Reconcile accounts, track payments, and manage purchase and sales registers
4. Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and logistics for billing and settlements
5. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reporting
6. Handle petty cash, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements
7. Work with Tally ERP or similar accounting software for daily transactions
8. MS Office work.

Who we are looking for

• B.Com / M.Com graduate or final-year student (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles — GST, TDS, and Tally is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with numbers
• Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus)
